Erica Ungarelli Named Executive Director of Granite Pathways

Erica Ungarelli Named Executive Director of Granite Pathways

Please join us in welcoming Erica Ungarelli to her new role as Granite Pathways’ Executive Director. Erica joined Granite Pathways in November of last year to transition to this role and has already assumed primary leadership of our work in NH.

Erica comes to us with more than 28 years’ experience working for the State of NH. Most recently, she has held key leadership roles within NH DCYF and the Children’s Bureau of Behavioral Health where she developed programs to drive the agency’s strategic vision while developing financial models to ensure sustainable best practices. She has extensive experience working with state and federal systems including the US Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration, the Administration for Children and Families, and the Center for Medicaid Services.

Erica’s work over the years demonstrates her commitment to serve people who experience barriers. She has been instrumental in development of the Children’s System of Care, the Fast Forward program, and our own Strength to Succeed program. In her words, “If I had to pick a “theme” for my work at NH DHHS, it’s been to ensure access to the right services at the right time–to move away from siloed care and support and toward a more integrated and responsive service system—one where the ‘system’ doesn’t take priority over the person or family. I’m excited to have joined Granite Pathways and look forward to working with this group of passionate and committed staff.”
