Safe Harbor Recovery Center Invites the Community to Their Recovery Rhapsody Rally on September 22

WHAT: Safe Harbor Recovery Center, a program of Granite Pathways in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, invites the press and public to celebrate Recovery Month through art at their Recovery Rhapsody Rally.

WHO: Granite Pathways Director Erica Ungarelli, Safe Harbor Recovery Center Director Whitney Brown, staff recovery specialists and guests will discuss how SHRC offers individuals in recovery from substance use disorder peer support, as well as assistance with job preparation and search, and parenting skills and support.

We’re pleased to welcome you for meetings and workshops 6 days a week. Please contact us for any barriers to access as Zoom options may be available.

On July 4, we will have AA in the morning, and Art and SMART in the evening. 
Families Hoping and Coping will be off until July 19. 

We have added a youth program on Saturdays! Our Alternative Peer Group runs from 2 pm to 4 pm on Saturdays.

Be a Supporter of People in Recovery

Safe Harbor Recovery Center Seeks Volunteers for Various Light Tasks

Safe Harbor Recovery Center operates six days a week with meetings, workshops and other activities offered to those in recovery from substance use and/or mental health challenges. We welcome the support of our neighbors in the community who can volunteer to assist with these tasks:

• Answering the phone
• Greeting members at the front desk
• Cleaning and tidying up
• Taking out trash

Shifts are available Monday-Friday between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 8:30 am to 2 pm. Please contact Justin Younger, Recovery Specialist, at info@granitepathways.org or 1-603-570-9444.
