The 3rd annual Hungry for Hope event was held last month at One Harbour Place to raise money for Safe Harbor Recovery Center—a program of Granite Pathways. People come from all over the area to eat great food contributed by 20 NE local restaurants, and enjoy wine and beer from all over the world. The goal for this year’s event was to surpass last year’s fundraising efforts of $72,000. We did it! This year the event raised $78,000! By pulling together so many leaders in the Seacoast, this effort demonstrates how a community can work together to help solve a problem—in this case the Opioid Crisis. A very special thank you to Heather Blumenfeld, our Safe Harbor Recovery Center Manager. Without her tremendous contributions of her time and her talents this event would not occur
