You are welcome to bring your case manager, a family member or friend.
Once you decide that you want to join us, you will need a referral from your clinician. Download a Referral form here.

We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:15 am to 4:00 pm, iand on Wednesdays until 4:30, including on holidays. We are also providing support via Zoom. Contact us for Zoom information, or join our private Facebook member group.
