Contact one of our Clubhouses today to see if our employment services are right for you.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT/PROGRESSIVE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
For those interested in exploring the world of work, Granite Pathways offers services through New Hampshire Vocational Rehabilitation at its Clubhouses that assist individuals with determining their readiness to work and job goals. Dive into topics such as resume writing, interviewing skills and networking, and develop hard and soft employment skills while working side-by-side with staff and other members. Individuals gain valuable, real-world work experience in the safe, supportive environment of the Clubhouse that helps them on their path to successful employment.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT STUDENT TRANSITION SERVICE
This outcome based transitional employment service for young adults ages 18 –21 is delivered within our Clubhouse program. Students engage in employment activities that include resume development, career exploration, hard and soft skill development, self-advocacy and more – designed to prepare students to successfully enter the world of work. Unlike most single services, participants can continue their membership with their Clubhouse program when the service is completed.
TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT
Transitional Employment opportunities where members can gain supported work experience in a six- to nine-month placement at a wide variety of jobs that the Clubhouse holds. These temporary positions are the “most supported” supported employment placements for members who desire to return to work but are unsure they are ready for employment at a traditional job.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT
The Clubhouse offers its own Supported Employment Program to assist members to secure, sustain, and better their employment. As a defining characteristic of Clubhouse Supported Employment, the Clubhouse maintains a relationship with the working member and the employer. Members and staff in partnership determine the type, frequency and location of desired supports.
INDEPENDENT EMPLOYMENT
Many members are independently employed or have successfully made the transition from supported employment to independent employment. The Clubhouse continues to offer employment support when necessary to independently employed members to ensure their success in navigating the world of work. Clubhouse opportunities are accessible to independently employed members and are encouraged to participate in Clubhouse job clubs, employment meetings and social activities.
